Canadian Harambee Education Society
In December Lorrie Williams gave a fantastic presentation about the Canadian
Harambee Education Society and several Rotarians agreed to support a student
at the annual cost of $600 Canadian per year. The following Rotarians have
each committed to $50 of the $600 - Kathy, Bob, Lorna, Dave, Wendy, Lorrie,
Nick, Alana, Roy and Gloria. So far Lorna and Dave have paid. If the
others could bring their $50 cash or cheque to next week's meeting it would
be appreciated.
We are also looking for 2 more members to donate $50 each.
