Goal – Lets Make Canada the Fittest Nation on Earth by 2030
John was instrumental in setting up The National Health and Fitness Day – First Saturday in June. Over 500 cities now participating .
Announcements:
- Our District Governor Shirley Pat-Chamberlain’s visit to our club will be on December 6th 2023
- Purpose Society Christmas Hamper program is now underway. Contact purpose society if you wish to participate .
Delivery of Hampers scheduled for Dec 20th, 2023
-This month’s Board meeting is scheduled for Nov 15th after our regular meeting
- We will again be putting together Christmas Hampers for the men staying at Stevenson House Approximately 15 residents.
- A list of useful items than can be donated will be provided next week
John Berry our Past District Governor presented the club with two awards for 2022/2023 year. - Donations to Rotary Foundation .
- End Polio now amount $1,500.00
- Every Rotarian Every Year Min $25.00 US per member – Average for club $100.00 US
